The "Cambridge Workshops on Cool Stars, Stellar Systems and the Sun" are held biennially and have evolved to be the premier conference series for cool star research.
Venue Information
- Wi-Fi will be provided at the venue. However, the connection may slow down if heavily used.
We kindly ask you to consider using your own mobile network or to avoid streaming videos and downloading large files during the sessions. - Power Outlets: Please be advised that power outlets will not be available for general participants in the conference room.
- Charging Stations: We plan to set up a limited number of charging stations in the corridor for your convenience.
Conference Check-in
- Check-in hours:
- June 14 (Sun) 14:00-20:00 at Miraikan
- June 15-19(Mon-Fri) 8:30-17:00 at TOC Ariake
- Please bring your QR code for Check-in (sent to you by email) either printed or displayed on your mobile device.
- If you are unable to access your QR code, please bring your ID (passport etc.). Providing your Inquiry No. will help speed up the check-in process.
Conference Kit
Each participant receives a conference kit;
- a tote bag
- a tumbler (please use it for coffee or drinks)
- two removable name seals (for tumber)
- a pen and a note
- a Tenugui (Japanese traditional towel)
- a Sensu (Japanese traditional fan)
- a number tag (to identify your bag at reception)
For Speakers: Backup Presentation Upload
All oral-session presenters are requested to upload a backup presentation file in advance through the Google Form.
